I've been coming to this restaurant over the last 2 years, and I have concluded that they make the best hamburger in the world. That may sound outrageous and hyperbolic, but it is the truth.

Cocinart never disappoints, been here in 3 occasions, 2 different trips. Had the Ensalada Salvaje (Wild Salad) with shrimp. Wow! Fresh, delicious, healthy and light. A piece of apple/cheese pie for dessert, right amount of sweetness. One thing I like about Mexican desserts is that they’re not as sweet as in the USA, the slice size was just perfect to satisfy that sweet craving.

One of the best restaurants in the area hands down. While on vacation, my husband and I returned to eat here at least 4 times. The food is amazing, the service is excellent and the place is beautiful.

Cosinart is a go to restaurant for us and we always recommend it to the newly arrived in Ajijic. The food is always delicious, the waitstaff are always great. If you like liver, they do it very well at Cosinart.

Really nice restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to the set menu, which includes some unusual dishes, including liver and onions, they also have daily specials. Well worth a visit. I'd really recommend the lamb T-bones. OMG, amazing and 4 large chips
